Airport Services - Instructions for MSP
Main Terminal (Lindberg Terminal)
First Class Transportation offers standard pick-up as well as a meet and greet service at MSP airport. Our dispatch team monitors all flights so, even if there has been a flight delay, you can rest assured, your vehicle and driver will be waiting for you when your flight arrives.
Standard pick-up (Limo Staging Area):
Once your flight lands, proceed down to the baggage area and follow the signs to the Limo/Taxi Staging Area. From baggage, please take the escalator down 1 level to the Ground Transportation Center, turn left at the information booth, follow the signs to the green ramp, go up 1 level by the escalators and exit the door marked "Pre-arranged Limo Service." Your driver and vehicle will be parked just outside the door.Meet & Greet Service (Baggage Area Pick-up):
Follow the signs to baggage claim. Your driver will meet you at the baggage carousel assigned to your flight. Your driver will be holding a First Class Limousine sign with YOUR name on it and will assist you with your bags and escort you to your vehicle.Humphrey Terminal
Standard pick-up:
Once your flight lands and you have picked up any baggage, follow the signs to the Limo/Taxi Staging Area. Your driver and vehicle will be parked just outside the door.Meet & Greet Service:
Follow the signs to baggage claim. Your driver will meet you at the baggage carousel assigned to your flight and will be holding a First Class Limousine sign with YOUR name on it. Your driver will then assist you with your bags and escort you to your vehicle
